In this workout you will tone up, get fit, and have fun using the foundational moves of belly dance. You will learn isolation movements for each body part, then slowly combine each movement, while feeling completely connected with your body. This class will end with a fun and unique Goddess dance party combining all the movements you’ve learned, making you will feel more alive than ever!
Prior experience not necessary. Feel free to bring your Belly Dancing Belt or scarves should you have any.
