Diana Pollard

35 years ago I started participating in fitness classes and loved the results (good for your heart, muscles and moral). 18 years ago I became a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Today my classes are fun, functional with an emphasis on strength, endurance and working the muscles that make you smile!

What inspires me most?

Participants sharing how I have helped motivate them and helped them with a particular pain or problem.

Some 2400 years ago, Hippocrates said “that which is used develops and that which is not wastes away. If there is any deficiency in food or exercise the body will fall sick. If we give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, we would have found the safest way to health.”
