Jennifer Pryce is a graduate of McGill University with her B. in Kinesiology and is a CanFitPro certified Personal Trainer and Group fitness instructor. With over 20 years in the business, Jennifer has trained in Montreal, Toronto and New York. Being a mother to 2 girls and a Pre & Post-Natal exercise specialist, Mom and Baby fitness has been her passion for the last 10 years. With her extensive experience in both the club and clinical setting, she has enjoyed helping groups and individuals achieve their fitness goals with both her technical knowledge and a dash of humour! She’s a Pilates Instructor, teaches Spinning, Bootcamp, and Ballet Barre classes around Montreal and the West Island.
