The attendant installs, dismantles and puts away sports apparatus and equipment and provides users with all the equipment required for activities taking place at the Centre Multisports. The attendantmonitors the center and sees to the application of the regulations. They offer polite and courteous customer service and directs them according to their needs.
The sales and customer service advisor is responsible for informing customers and prospects about the company’s services, activities and products. They ensure the recruitment of new members, analyzes the needs of the client, in order to propose a strategy allowing them to achieve their objectives. They also ensure the satisfaction and retention of current members, while respecting the vision and values.
The role is suited to a candidate who has demonstrated the ability to thrive in a client-centered environment, is self-motivated, has excellent communication, client service and health coaching skills. The candidate will work to meet the needs of a multi-disciplinary environment including sports preparation, the Sport-Études program, group fitness classes as well as working with patients’ rehabilitation from our resident sports health clinic. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience, having conducted assessments, provided clients with the best possible solutions for their needs, and carried out delegated treatment plans.
The gym supervisor is responsible for the supervision, animation, storage and cleaning of Gym Fit and Gym Perfo equipment. They must welcome and direct the Centre’s clients, in addition to assisting the kinesiologists with sales and customer service. They must also ensure the proper use of equipment, correct the positions of the members if necessary, and have an advisory role by referring the members to a kinesiologist.
The ZVP Opto-Réseau Cycling Club is looking for candidates to lead its RécréaVélo workshops for children aged 5 to 7 and its Cycling School for children aged 8 to 11. The activities will take place in Valleyfield and Vaudreuil-Dorion and a team of monitors for each location is being sought.
