HOW TO PREPARE WELL FOR REGISTRATION DAY
Can I register if I missed the start of the session?
Yes, depending on availability and the time of the session, we sometimes offer late or prorated registration. Please inquire at reception.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions generally vary between 6 and 12 weeks, depending on the course.
Can I make up a missed class?
No, classes are not transferable or refundable in the event of absence.
I am absent for several classes, can I pay pro rata?
No, because your place is reserved for the entire session.
Can I register if the session has already started?
Yes, it is possible to register for the course after it has started, subject to availability.
Is it possible to try a class before registering?
Yes, trials are sometimes offered before sessions begin. Check with our team to find out what options are available.

Cours Fusion
How can I book a Fusion class?
Bookings can be made directly through our Multisports Center mobile app or on our website. Bookings can be made up to two days in advance.
If I am on the waiting list, can I attend the course?
Yes, you can walk in, but entry is not guaranteed. If a spot becomes available at the last minute, it will be allocated to those present on site, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I cancel my reservation if I can no longer participate?
Yes. You can and must cancel your reservation directly in the app or on the website, before the start of the class.
When are class schedules published?
Class schedules are generally consistent from week to week, but may be subject to change. Check our website or app for updates.
Are there any evening or early morning classes?
Yes. A variety of classes are offered in the morning, lunchtime, and evening to fit your schedule.
Locker rooms and amenities
Is there a sauna?
No, there is not a sauna in the locker rooms.
Do you have a swimming pool?
No, the Multisports Center does not have a swimming pool.
Do you provide locks?
No. We recommend bringing your own lock to secure your locker.
Are there showers on site?
Yes. Showers are available in the changing rooms.
Are towels available?
No. We recommend bringing your own towel.
Is the padlock mandatory?
Yes. For the security of your personal belongings, the use of a padlock is strongly recommended.
Tennis
Can I bring a pitching machine?
No. For safety reasons and proper use of the facilities, pitching machines are not permitted on the Multisports Center fields.
Can I bring my own trainer?
No. It is not permitted to bring an external personal trainer. All training sessions must be supervised by the Multisports Center's accredited professionals.
Is it allowed to bring a basket of balls?
No. You are only allowed to bring a maximum of six personal balls. Baskets of balls are reserved for training sessions supervised by our qualified staff.
Can I reserve a court without being a member?
Yes, non-members can reserve tennis courts, but only on the day of the game. Members have the privilege of booking in advance and benefit from preferential rates. We invite you to consult our price list on the website or contact reception for more details.
Why are some time slots not available for booking?
Certain time slots may be reserved for classes, special events, or grounds maintenance. We encourage you to consult the grounds reservation calendar for specific availability information.
Indoor climbing
Do I need to book online to go climbing?
Yes. Reservations are required and can be made through our website.
I've never climbed before. Can I still participate?
Yes! Beginner options are available. You can boulder or sign up for an introductory course.
Is rock climbing offered every day?
Hours vary. Check our calendar for available times.
Is climbing included in the 10-day trial?
No. Climbing is available for a fee, even during the trial.
Do you offer top rope or lead rope training?
Yes. Training sessions are offered regularly. Check our website for upcoming dates.
How often are the tracks renewed?
Our routes are changed regularly to offer new challenges to climbers.
Can I rent equipment on site?
Yes. Climbing shoes, chalk bags, and harnesses are available for rent at an additional cost.

Indoor track
How long is the runway?
The indoor track is 200 meters long and has a surface specially designed for running and athletics training.
Are there any specific rules to follow on the track?
Yes. We ask that you respect the designated running directions, run in the appropriate lanes according to your speed, and follow the posted instructions to ensure the safety of all users.
Can I walk or just walk briskly on the track?
Yes, the track can be used for both walking and running. Please use the outside lanes for walking so as not to disturb faster runners.
