For enthusiasts, we offer group sessions with a structured plan that will run from fall to spring. Over the weeks, we will of course work to improve the main determinants of performance, which are maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max), maximal aerobic power (MAP) and endurance itself. All this while working on coordination and velocity, muscular strength, explosive strength and power.
Thirteen (13) places available: ten (10) Kickr bikes and three (3) CompuTrainer stations.
Group sessions consist of 60 minutes of interval training that will help you improve your maximum aerobic power (MAP) and VO2max.
The Saturday session offers you a virtual outing of 75 to 120 minutes on different roads in the region or elsewhere.
