For new mothers, training with baby presents a few challenges. How do you stay focused while keeping your baby comfortable? Fit Mom classes are there to help you integrate baby into your fitness routine with a minimum of fuss. Here are a few tips to ensure that every session goes smoothly.

  1. Choosing the right moments

With Fit Mom class packages, moms can easily adapt their training to baby’s whims. With different classes offered each week, you can easily plan your sessions to suit your little one’s pace.

  1. Prepare a small kit for baby

Before each session, prepare a small kit with the essentials: diapers, toys, and a bottle or snack as needed. Having these items on hand helps you respond quickly to baby’s needs, without disrupting your training.

  1. Including baby in the exercises

Fit Mom classes are designed to include baby in certain postures, making the workout fun and interactive for them at the same time. By carrying them or including them in the movements, they participate safely, and the smiles they send your way make the effort even more rewarding!

  1. Flexibility
