CERTIFICATION
My children are my greatest inspiration. I want to be present and fit for them for as long as possible. I also want to be able to pass on my passion and the importance of moving. That's also what I want to do with my customers: pass on a passion and help them find their inspiration to get moving.
"First we shape our habits, then our habits shape us." - John Dryden
Anything that's intense! I love group classes because of the atmosphere and the energy of others. I like to create circuits and expend energy. I change my program frequently, because I love trying new things and testing my limits.
