DESCRIPTION
Natacha has a degree in kinesiology from the Université de Montréal (UdeM). During her studies, she was able to work with both soccer athletes and people looking to get back into shape. She was also able to explore the clinical field, as well as administering tests for the RCMP, police and others. Moreover, she also completed her studies in the Canadian Army at the St. Jean Garrison, where she worked with recruits.
Natacha’s interest in sport began in her childhood with karate. For the past 8 years, she has been developing her muscles in fitness centers. In her spare time, she plays dek field hockey. She rose rapidly from the smallest arm-wrestling competition to the Canadian championship in just one year. Since 2023, she has been a provincial and national gold medallist.
CERTIFICATION
What inspires me most is to be able to go beyond the limits of individuals in their training and to see how far they've come.
"If you can't fly, then run. If you can't run, then walk. If you can't walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving." Martin Luther King Jr.
I love weight training, such as for hypertrophy and strength. I'm also a frequent runner.
