Is Climbing for Me?

From the days of “dirtbag” climbers — when the sport was reserved for adventurous outcasts — to its official inclusion in the Tokyo Olympic Games, climbing has evolved into a popular and accessible activity. So that brings up the question: is climbing for me?

I’m a tall girl who already conquers the monkey bars. Why start climbing?

For one, with a rope, you can go even higher! You’ll build agility and self-confidence. Saturday and Sunday morning climbing classes are the perfect way to try it out and make new friends. You can also come with your parents for a family climb during open hours. Our climbing wall offers a fun, safe space to burn off energy and challenge yourself.

I’m a student — and I’m tired of climbing mountains of homework.

Try our climbing wall! It’s a fantastic stress reliever and will help you tackle your finals with a strong, focused mindset. Learning how to solve climbing problems and channel your attention is a skill that carries over into all areas of life. You’ll also meet an open, welcoming community that might take you places you never expected. Start with a trial climb — and if you love it, sign up for our Top-Rope Certification Course to learn how to climb independently and safely.

I’m a parent who’s earned enough "me time" for a Tuesday or Thursday night out.

Climbing is your destination. In a friendly and encouraging environment, you’ll push your limits while engaging both body and mind in a completely new way. You’ll soon feel the physical and mental benefits. Come try it out with a partner — and if it clicks, join the Top-Rope Certification Course to gain the autonomy to climb on your own.

In short...

Climbing has never been more accessible. All that’s missing now is you.

See you on the wall soon!
