Have You Created Your xID?

Your xID is a unique 10-digit identifier that lets you quickly log in to cardio and strength equipment at the Centre, and connect to our CMS WORKOUTS mobile app. With this app, you can access training programs, take on challenges, and track your progress.

Why Create an xID?

By logging in with your xID on any cardio or strength machine, your personal preferences are instantly loaded. This includes your workout data, connected apps, and even your social media accounts. Your training data is automatically synced with the CMS WORKOUTS app, giving you full insight into your fitness journey.

Tip: Your xID is randomly generated, but we recommend changing it to your 10-digit phone number — it's easier to remember. Don’t worry, your data is protected by a 4-digit password.

Even More Convenience with RFID or Apple Watch

Use an RFID bracelet (available at the front desk) to log in to cardio equipment without entering your xID manually. Just tap and go!

If you have an Apple Watch, connect it to automatically log your workouts to your fitness data.

How to Create Your xID

Option 1 – At the Centre on MATRIX Connected Equipment
On your first visit to the Gym Fit area, go to any cardio or strength machine and tap “Register” on the screen. Follow the instructions and set your xID. Again, we suggest using your phone number.

Option 2 – Using the CMS WORKOUTS App
Download the CMS WORKOUTS app and create your account. A random xID will be assigned to you — feel free to update it to your phone number for easier access. If you already have an account, just log in with your xID and password.
