Le Parcours des cageux

53.4 km – Easy
Segments: Hudson–Rigaud: 14 km / Rigaud–Pointe-Fortune: 12.7 km

Starting from Hudson, head west toward Pointe-Fortune along a beautiful road that follows the Ottawa River. Back in the days of early settlement, this waterway was a key travel route for trappers, settlers, and missionaries heading to Upper Canada.

Le Parcours des Écossais

70.6 km – Easy
Segments:

  • Coteau-du-Lac – Saint-Polycarpe: 13.2 km

  • Saint-Polycarpe – Dalhousie: 20.2 km

  • Dalhousie – Saint-Télesphore: 6.2 km

  • Saint-Télesphore – Rivière-Beaudette: 12.4 km

  • Rivière-Beaudette – Saint-Zotique: 9.3 km

  • Saint-Zotique – Les Coteaux: 3.9 km

  • Les Coteaux – Coteau-du-Lac: 5.4 km

Begin your ride at the Soulanges bike trail parking lot in Coteau-du-Lac. Head north on Route 201, then turn left onto Chemin Rivière-Delisle after the highway overpass. From here, enjoy quiet, scenic roads through peaceful agricultural landscapes. In Sainte-Justine-de-Newton and Saint-Télesphore, note the long driveways leading to farms — a characteristic feature of Scottish settlement patterns in the region.

Le Parcours du moulin

28.9 km – Easy
Segments:

  • Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot – L’Île-Perrot: 11.7 km

  • L’Île-Perrot – Pincourt: 5.4 km

  • Terrasse-Vaudreuil – Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot: 11.8 km

Depart from Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot. The Moulin Circuit invites cyclists to explore Île-Perrot, a green haven located just west of the Island of Montreal, part of the same archipelago. The route follows the island’s perimeter, offering nearly continuous views of the surrounding water network. Due to prevailing winds, we recommend riding counter-clockwise.

Le Parcours de la montagne

60.8 km – Difficult
Segments:

  • Sainte-Justine – Sainte-Marthe: 20.8 km

  • Sainte-Marthe – Rigaud: 18.1 km

  • Rigaud – Très-Saint-Rédempteur: 11.6 km

  • Très-Saint-Rédempteur – Sainte-Justine: 10.3 km

Start in Sainte-Justine-de-Newton. The Mountain Circuit is the most challenging route in the region. You’ll encounter a mix of flats, gentle climbs, and a few steeper inclines to test your legs. But don't worry — the ride is accessible and the scenic landscapes along the way are well worth the effort.
