Frederique Teixeira Lussier

Former elite athlete in the 300 m and 400 m events, Frédérique Teixeira Lussier embodies the perfect balance between physical discipline and intellectual curiosity. Now studying neuropsychology at McGill University and working part-time as an elementary school teacher, she channels her passion for sports and the human mind into her role as a coach.

Of Portuguese and Canadian descent, Frédérique has always had a natural drive to move. That energy, combined with her genuine love for helping others, makes her a motivating and thoughtful presence in any training session.

When she’s not coaching or studying, she enjoys peaceful moments with her bird, Osiris, a joyful companion who adds lightness to her busy life.
