Sharing the joy of movement
Versatile, dedicated, and passionate about movement, Philomène thrives through a wide range of activities: running, cycling, climbing, hiking and CrossFit. Since 2021, she has been part of the climbing instructor team at the Centre Multisports. With training in route setting, she channels her creativity while sharpening her observation skills and technical insight.
Active in the cycling world since 2015, Philomène began as an athlete with the club before becoming a workshop leader. She now supports young children under 12 in learning foundational cycling skills, helping them build confidence and autonomy on two wheels.
Whether on the climbing wall or out on the road, Philomène loves coaching youth of all levels. She creates dynamic, supportive and safe environments where every child can enjoy moving, progressing and embracing challenges at their own pace.

I stay active through a variety of disciplines: running, cycling, climbing, hiking and CrossFit. Each one challenges me in different ways and keeps me motivated.
