Physical activity, an alternative medicine for better management of mental health.

Stress, anxiety, depression, to name a few, are very present and growing disorders in our society. Many studies associate physical activity with greater general well-being and better mental health management. In this workshop, you will learn how physical activity acts like medication and therefore how it can be beneficial for everyone, especially those struggling with mental health disorders.
