A great way to get a full body workout while enjoying quality time with your baby. Cardio and muscle training Intervals are used to increase strength and flexibility following childbirth. Women who gave birth through a C-section must wait six weeks after childbirth to attend this course. For all fitness levels (and babies between four weeks old and 24 months old).

L’important est de choisir une charge qui viendra stimuler vos muscles et exécuter le nombre de répétitions demandé.
