Sprint 8

Sprint 8 is cardio program with high intensity 20 minute intervals that was designed to maximize results in a shorter amount of time. The Sprint 8 program offers a perfect balance of intensity and recuperation. This type of training releases hormones in the body that can aid in the loss of a higher percentage of fat cells. By training this way for 20 minutes up to three times a week, you will optimize your results.

In addition to the Sprint 8 classes in the Gym Perfo, you can perform individual workouts by selecting the Sprint 8 program on one of our Matrix cardiovascular machines.
