16 Energy Balls –Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup date purée
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
Steps
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Shape into 16 small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Enjoy.

Tips
- These energy balls are perfect before or during a workout to refuel! Take around 2 to 4 balls before or during workouts lasting 90 minutes or more.
- If you prefer a firmer texture, the balls can also be placed in the freezer for about 15 minutes. The balls can even be preserved in the freezer.
- Chocolate chips can also be replaced by dried fruit, coconut, almonds, peanuts, macadamia nuts, caramel, etc. Be creative!
