16 Energy Balls –Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup date purée
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Shape into 16 small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Enjoy.

  • Carbs : 15 g
  • Fat : 3 g

Tips

  • These energy balls are perfect before or during a workout to refuel! Take around 2 to 4 balls before or during workouts lasting 90 minutes or more.
  • If you prefer a firmer texture, the balls can also be placed in the freezer for about 15 minutes. The balls can even be preserved in the freezer.
  • Chocolate chips can also be replaced by dried fruit, coconut, almonds, peanuts, macadamia nuts, caramel, etc. Be creative!
