Natacha: A Passion Passed from Father to Daughter, Dedicated to Movement and Well-Being

Sports, a Family Story Turned Vocation

At Centre Multisports, every trainer brings their own personality and vision to their coaching. For Natacha Poot Viger, her unique approach is deeply rooted in her family history. From a young age, she shared precious moments of physical activity with her father. “We often trained together,” she recalls fondly. These memories shaped her love for sports and her desire to push herself. Early on, she realized that exercise is not just a hobby but a way to explore her limits and cultivate discipline.

This family passion quickly turned into a vocation. Step by step, her journey led her to kinesiology—a discipline she embraced wholeheartedly. For Natacha, making physical activity accessible, enjoyable, and effective has become her mission.

A Trainer Who Puts People First

Authentic and compassionate, Natacha sees her role as much more than guiding workouts. “What I love most is seeing my clients evolve,” she says. She views each milestone as a victory. What moves her the most? Witnessing the inner transformation of those she supports. “Seeing them gain confidence, improve posture, and find comfort in daily life is incredibly rewarding.”

Her approach is rooted in the belief that everyone can move. Regardless of age, physical condition, or limitations, she adapts her advice and exercises accordingly. Mixing humor and creativity, she finds playful ways to motivate her clients. “Why not add a few exercises while you're cooking?” she often suggests with a smile.

When Training Changes Lives

Among the many memorable stories she has experienced, one perfectly illustrates her impact. “One client used to fall frequently,” she recalls. “Thanks to a personalized program, she regained stability and confidence. Now, she doesn’t fall anymore.” These tangible transformations fuel Natacha’s passion.

Known for her close connections with clients, she builds genuine, trust-based relationships. “People often describe me as warm, funny, and positive,” she shares. These qualities strengthen her bond with each person she guides, creating an environment where they can thrive.

Adapting: A Daily Challenge She Embraces

Being a kinesiologist requires adaptability. “No one responds the same way to exercises,” she explains. To meet this diversity, Natacha designs tailor-made programs, adjusting movements in real time according to each client’s needs and limitations.

This demand pushes her to stay ahead of the curve. She continually updates her knowledge by reading scientific journals and integrating the latest findings into her practice. “We’re not here just to make people sweat. We create targeted, safe workouts designed for each individual.”

An Inspiring and Balanced Lifestyle

Natacha practices what she preaches. She trains three to four times a week, focusing on short, intense, and effective sessions. To stay motivated, she relies on upbeat playlists: Pitbull, reggaeton… “Music pumps me up and makes my workouts more dynamic.”

Outside of sports, she carefully maintains her balance. Her diet is healthy during the week, but she allows herself treats to avoid frustration. “Moderation is key,” she notes. Most importantly, she values disconnecting. “Turning off my phone helps me truly unwind and protect my mental health.”

A Vision Focused on Youth and Innovation

Looking ahead, Natacha aspires to work with more young athletes. Their energy and drive inspire her. “Seeing a young person reach their potential is deeply fulfilling,” she says enthusiastically.

She also hopes to see her profession evolve with new technologies. Motion sensors, analysis apps… These tools, she believes, could further personalize training. “The future of training lies in innovation,” she asserts.

Natacha’s Advice for Getting Started

For those hesitant to embrace physical activity, she offers reassuring and motivating words. “Progress slowly to avoid injury. The important thing is simply to keep moving.”

She also shares a quote that inspires her daily:
"If you can't fly, then run. If you can't run, then walk. If you can't walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you must keep moving forward."
These words from Martin Luther King Jr. perfectly reflect her philosophy.

An Accessible and Inspiring Kinesiologist

If she had to sum up her profession, Natacha would say:
I’m a health professional who uses movement to improve quality of life, whether for rehabilitation, performance, or general fitness.”

And for those still unsure about trying one of her classes? She answers without hesitation:
We train hard, have fun, and there’s great music!”

Meeting Natacha Poot Viger is more than just joining a training session. It’s a human experience, filled with support, good humor, and motivation. With her accessible approach and contagious energy, she turns each session into an opportunity to push limits and rediscover the joy of movement.
