Ingredients
- 1 500g container of cottage cheese (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups frozen berries
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or about 24 graham cracker wafers)
Instructions
- Using a food processor or hand mixer, blend the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- If you plan to eat your verrine right away, reheat the berries in the microwave for about 2 minutes until thawed.
- Layer the graham cracker crumbs, cottage cheese mixture, and berries alternately in 3 (meal size) or 6 containers (snack size). Enjoy with your next meal or snack.

Tip
