Registration Requirements
Maximum 16 teams per league.
For the Mixed League, a minimum of one girl is allowed on the field at all times. It is possible to have a team of four girls, but not four boys.
Registration is completed and paid for by the team captain. Team members must register for all participants. Individual membership is required with Volleyball Québec.

EVENING PLAN
- Location: Paul-Gérin-Lajoie Park in Vaudreuil-Dorion
- All teams are expected at the courts at 6:15 p.m.
- Bring plenty of water, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- Games take place rain or shine.
- Dress according to the weather.
- During the first evening, pools will be drawn. For the second evening, balanced pools will be drawn again. Each week, there will be rotations between the pools to ensure the caliber is as even as possible.
- Over the course of the weeks, a cumulative ranking will be compiled and shared in the Facebook group.
- During the last week, finals will be held to crown the winning team.
- If you must be absent, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. You can post in the league's Facebook group if you cannot find someone in your contacts.
- If the entire team is absent, please notify the organizers via the Multisports Center's Facebook page or mention it to the league manager in the weeks prior to your absence.
- Games will be played rain or shine. However, in the event of severe thunderstorms, the evening will be postponed. In this specific case, the André-Chagnon Multisports Centre will make a phone call to the team captains and post a message in the Facebook group.
- All disputes are self-refereed. If a dispute arises between two teams, the league manager will be able to assist.
- Please confirm the contact information of all players on your team on the registration form.
Make sure all members of your team are affiliated, at a minimum, as regional players with Volleyball Québec through the Alliance club. Affiliation with another club since September 1st is valid for the current season; Volleyball Québec requires an annual affiliation only.
