The Club Alliance Cross-training is a community of training and challenge enthusiasts. The club’s training sessions include multidisciplinary exercises with progressive progression, all under the supervision of a certified trainer. The method used during the training sessions will allow you to develop your strength, cardiovascular endurance, resistance, flexibility, agility, coordination and precision. The Club Alliance Perfo will help you exceed your limits by offering you an optional competition calendar in a friendly setting.
