Jessyca Thibert is passionate about everything related to physical activity. As a group fitness instructor for over six years and a certified private trainer, she specializes in functional movement and multidisciplinary training. Her approach is sincere, encouraging, and tailored to each client’s journey—whether it’s getting in shape, overcoming fears, or reaching personal goals.
With certifications in CrossFit Level 1, Rehab-U functional movement optimization, and prenatal fitness, Jessyca designs well-rounded, progressive classes that are both challenging and supportive. Her mission: to help you uncover what you’re truly capable of.
