Tatiana discovered her love for fitness as a teenager. Inspired by both the energy of team sports and the structure of individual training, she brings a dynamic and educational approach to every session. With over five years of experience as a group fitness instructor, her goal is not just to motivate, but also to teach proper techniques to move safely and effectively. Her classes are designed to help participants of all levels push their limits, learn, and grow—both physically and mentally—in a welcoming and high-energy environment.

What inspires you the most?

I want to help people enjoy physical training, no matter their level. I'm inspired by seeing my participants stay motivated, well-guided, and better equipped to move safely and effectively.

What do you eat before a workout?

Before training, I usually have a piece of fruit and a pre-workout. Afterward, I refuel with a protein smoothie and a tofu salad to support recovery.

What type of training do you do?

I train in the gym with strength training and CrossFit, and I stay active outdoors playing flag football and golf.
