This class is built to increase your strength. It follows a progressive format focusing on one of the four foundational lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, or incline row. You'll perform low-rep sets with heavier weights in a safe, coached environment. The goal: build power, refine technique, and track progress week after week.

Intermediate Classes: These are intermediate classes in which participants must be comfortable performing basic movements like Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. It is recommended that beginners take 2 to 3 Intro Perfo classes before.
If you are a beginner, it is necessary to have attended three “Intro Perfo” classes to be able to participate, because the training sessions offered are at intermediate level.
