Master the basics, move forward with confidence

Build a solid foundation by learning essential movements like the squat, bench press, and deadlift. To participate in Perfo classes safely and effectively, a good understanding of these fundamental movements is essential. Each 45-minute session includes a warm-up, technical practice, and a sample workout inspired by an intermediate-level class. This progressive approach helps you develop confidence, control, and proper technique before moving on. In a motivating and supportive environment, participants are encouraged to complete at least three Intro Perfo sessions before transitioning to higher-level classes.
