The WOD (Workout of the Day) is a daily challenge that blends intensity, variety, and structure. You’ll alternate between high-effort intervals and strategic recovery, in a format that builds strength, endurance, and power. No two workouts are the same, but every one drives progress. Accessible to all levels, this class helps you push beyond your limits in a motivating, coached environment.

Intermediate Classes: These are intermediate classes in which participants must be comfortable performing basic movements like Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. It is recommended that beginners take 2 to 3 Intro Perfo classes before.
