Driven by an interest in sports since childhood thanks to karate, Natacha has built an impressive career path, both academically and athletically. During her studies in kinesiology at the Université de Montréal, she worked with football athletes, fitness clients, in clinical settings, and with candidates for RCMP and police physical tests. She also completed a significant internship at the Saint-Jean Garrison military base, where she supervised Canadian army recruits.
For the past eight years, she has dedicated herself to indoor training to develop her strength and physical condition. An accomplished athlete, she excelled in arm wrestling competitions, quickly rising through the ranks to win gold at the provincial and national championships in 2023.
A dynamic, rigorous, and inspiring coach, Natacha enjoys guiding everyone toward their goals, with an approach focused on progression, discipline, and self-confidence.
What inspires me most is to be able to go beyond the limits of individuals in their training and to see how far they've come.
