Isabelle Sinclair

Moving for a better life, at any age and at any stage of life

A mother of two young boys and passionate about physical activity, Isabelle deeply believes in the benefits of movement for physical and mental health. Her background in kinesiology, culminating in a bachelor's and master's degree from UQAM, led her to participate in several research projects related to mental health, pregnancy, child development, and lifestyle habits. One of these experiences even took her to Vanuatu, Oceania.

Hyperactive but not an athlete, she has dabbled in a multitude of sports: floor and ice hockey, running, rugby, golf, softball, and more. Her musical background also allowed her to explore the world of dance.

With an inclusive and caring approach, Isabelle works with a wide variety of clients: the elderly, individuals with functional limitations, injuries, metabolic disorders, and mental health issues. She is fully committed to helping each person move according to their abilities, and above all, to rediscover the pleasure of doing so.
