Bassel has been passionate about fitness since a young age, which led him to study exercise and sport science and become a certified trainer in 1995. Since then, his journey has been defined by constant learning, personal growth, and a mission to help others transform themselves through movement.
What sets Bassel apart is his holistic vision of fitness. He believes training should not only sculpt the body, but also improve posture, energy, mental clarity and quality of life. His approach is grounded in science, tailored to each client’s reality, and infused with care and purpose.
