Introduction to Yoga Level 2

This Level 2 class is intended for those who have completed the Introduction to Yoga course or have some previous yoga experience.

Its goal is to strengthen your foundation and deepen your understanding of postures, breathwork, and alignment. Each session invites you to explore movement more fluidly, incorporate mindfulness into your practice, and grow confidently in a supportive, encouraging setting.
