In a world where screen time is growing, getting teens moving is more important than ever.

Teen Fitness 12–16 yrs offers a guided introduction to training in our gyms, with sessions designed to build strength, stamina, mobility, and self-esteem. Beyond physical activity, each class includes informal conversations around health, wellness, and body image to help youth better understand their bodies and develop healthy habits.

In a positive and inclusive setting, teens can grow at their own pace—while having fun.

Fitness for girls

Did you know that 9 out of 10 girls don’t get enough physical activity? This is why we have created the Fitness for girls, a group specifically designed for young girls aged 12 to 16. This program creates an environment of trust between the participants and allows them to train and discuss subjects without any judgment. Fitness Ados for girls leads them to be more active and thus fight against inactivity among teenage girls.
