Fit Mom is a fitness bundle designed for moms with babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months who want to return to physical activity at their own pace. It includes two complementary classes: Mom & Baby Strength, a toning workout, and Stroller Fitness, a cardio and strength session adapted for postnatal recovery.
Each session uses functional equipment and incorporates baby into the exercises—whether in a carrier, stroller, or on the mat—to keep you both active and connected.
In addition to rebuilding your strength, you'll boost energy, improve posture, and share quality time with your baby.
Access to the track is included in this Fit Mom class package. Please bring your stroller and/or baby carrier depending on the class chosen.
