Designed for all paces, the track zone welcomes runners, families, parents with strollers, seasoned athletes, and anyone looking for a simple, accessible way to stay active.
Whether you're here to push your limits, unwind, or just move, every step brings you closer to feeling your best — at your own pace.
Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
(Hours may vary depending on season or events)
Sports-Study program: limited access Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Running Club: limited access on Mondays & Wednesdays from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Athletics Club: track closed on Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The running direction on the track is counterclockwise (to the left).
Please always follow this direction.
