What inspires you most?
It's seeing people progress. Whether it's an injury, a fitness goal, or a goal in the gym, individual progress is what fulfills me the most.
What's your favorite quote?
I practice hybrid training, meaning I do both endurance and hypertrophy training. I also include mobility exercises to avoid injury and maintain a good range of motion in my exercises. I believe mobility is just as important as the other two types of training, even if it seems mundane.
