“Strong today, stronger tomorrow.”
I practice classic hypertrophy, which focuses on building muscle mass with progressive weights, as well as bodyweight training. This combination allows me to develop strength, endurance, and mobility, while varying muscle stimulation for a complete, functional workout that's tailored to my own pace.
