What inspires you the most?

Music is my biggest source of inspiration. All my workouts follow the rhythm of music—I carefully choose tracks that match the type of training I’m doing.

What do you eat before and after your workout?

Before training, I eat vitamin-rich foods like fruits and make sure to stay well-hydrated. After training, I go for a protein-rich meal.
