Her background includes roles as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, mentor and administrator. Known for her professionalism and energy, she offers a well-rounded approach that empowers participants to move better, feel stronger and have fun doing it. Her goal is simple: help you sweat, grow and enjoy every step of the process—with a smile.

I’m inspired by the incredible people I’ve had the chance to help—those who overcame challenges and reached their goals. Hearing, “because of you, I didn’t give up,” keeps me driven to help others improve their lives.
