Paul has always been passionate about martial arts, combat sports and physical conditioning. Known for his intensity and no-compromise approach, he motivates everyone who joins his classes to go beyond their limits. His sessions are tough, structured and focused on pushing boundaries—but always with respect. After training with Paul, participants leave not only stronger, but prouder. His teaching style is challenging, but it leads to progress and personal victories, one session at a time.
