Sara Lachance is a passionate sport psychology consultant who works with high-level athletes. As a former elite hockey player at both the university and professional levels, she brings a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport. Today, she shares her knowledge and passion as a group fitness instructor and personal performance coach.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Université de Montréal and a Master’s in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, Sara blends scientific expertise with a warm, motivational approach. Her mission is to inspire others, build a positive group dynamic, and create a training environment where joy and progress go hand in hand.
At Centre multisports, her energy is contagious. Through each session, she helps participants push their limits, find confidence, and thrive both physically and mentally.
