Maria was passionate about learning, she started yoga because she wanted to learn something different. So after some time of practice, she decides to follow the yoga training, which helps her regain her strength and her voice.
For Maria, yoga is an individual exploration of the body. It is the dance that occurs between movement and breath during practice, the union between mind, body and heart, the discovery of the inner self and the inner center.
During practice we work on strength and mobility, actively moving with the right form and posture so that the body engages the muscles and avoids pressing on the ligaments.
I feel inspired by the body and movement. How to move the body in such a way that you can continue to work on your physical form and improve it without injuring yourself.
