During this class, we explore the different techniques of weightlifting movements. Including the snatch, the deadlift and the clean and jerk. Improve your strength, your speed of execution and strengthen your technique in a dynamic class.
Advanced Course: You should be comfortable with exercises such as; the clean & jerk, push press, incline bench press, toes to bar and pull flip.
*If you are a beginner, it is necessary to have attended three “Intro Perfo” classes to be able to participate, because the training sessions offered are at an advanced level.
