The Alliance Functional Sports Training Club is affiliated with the Fédération Québécoise d'Entraînement Fonctionnel Sportif (FQS). Thanks to a progressive and motivating approach, the club offers a structured environment where everyone can progress at their own pace, with the opportunity to take on stimulating challenges and participate in optional competitions.
