Mom & Baby Strength is a fitness class designed for mothers with babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months.

Each session includes a variety of exercises using functional equipment (weights, balls, resistance bands...) and integrates baby into the workout—whether in your arms, in the stroller, or on the mat.

You’ll improve muscular tone, endurance, posture, and mobility while enjoying time together.

A great way to care for yourself, regain strength, and enjoy active quality time with your little one.
