In this workshop you’ll learn how to balance your nervous system by activating your parasympathetic response, and strengthen your vagal tone. We’ll learn different tools you can apply in the moment of anxiety, as well as how to create a life of regular consistent calmness. Through a gentle somatic yoga practice you can begin to understand your anxiety, and learn how to overcome it by creating resiliency.
