ZVP Endurance is designed for the general public, cycling enthusiasts, and anyone looking to improve their overall fitness. Each session combines virtual routes with accessible intervals to gradually build cardiovascular and muscular endurance. You’ll alternate between light endurance sessions with cadence work (Zones 1 and 2), moderate intervals (Zone 3), and virtual rides focused on the joy of riding together.

This approach delivers tangible benefits: stronger cardiovascular health, improved breathing capacity, the ability to ride longer, and renewed daily energy. In a welcoming and motivating atmosphere, you progress at your own pace, always guided by expert coaching.

It is important to have Shimano SPD (cardio bike) or SPD-SL (road) toe clips. No pedal changes will be made on site.
