ZVP Performance is a structured program for motivated cyclists, triathletes, and endurance athletes who want to push their limits. Each session, whether through virtual routes or specific training, targets a key performance factor: VO2max intervals, Sweet Spot, sprints, or anaerobic power.

This targeted approach delivers measurable progress: FTP increase of 5–15% over 25 weeks, improved tolerance to effort, and optimal preparation for road cycling, gran fondos, and triathlons. Guided by experienced coaches and energized by the group dynamic, every pedal stroke brings you closer to a stronger body and a sharper mind. The collective atmosphere fosters perseverance, while the intensity drives real muscular gains and greater mental resilience.

It is important to have Shimano SPD (cardio bike) or SPD-SL (road) toe clips. No pedal changes will be made on site.
