Climbing training
Advance as a climber and belayer with small-group training to gain autonomy in top rope and lead climbing.
When faced with a threat, body and mind react instinctively. This unique seminar helps you understand and manage these responses.
We start with guided introspection to explore emotional and physical reactions under stress. A functional warm-up then prepares your body for the hands-on techniques.
In a safe, judgment-free space, you'll learn basic striking skills (using pads and working in pairs), followed by realistic self-defense tactics standing and on the ground. You’ll gain practical tools to stay calm, react effectively, and protect yourself responsibly.
We wrap up with an open discussion circle to integrate learnings and boost self-confidence. Leave empowered, centered—and ready.
Explore each step of a transformative experience, combining awareness, physical activation and practical self-defense techniques.
We’ll begin by exploring how the body and mind instinctively respond to danger. Through guided reflection, participants will examine past experiences—whether personal or witnessed—gaining valuable insight into their own behavioral patterns.
A physical warm-up followed by functional movement training and stretching will help activate the body. This phase sets the tone for safe, focused, and responsive participation in the more technical segments of the seminar.
Participants will learn basic striking techniques using pads in pairs. With support from experienced instructors, you’ll improve your reflexes and build self-confidence in a controlled and respectful environment.
You’ll then practice essential self-defense techniques—both standing and on the ground—adapted to real-life scenarios. These tools are meant to help you disengage and stay safe, not escalate.
We’ll close with an open discussion, inviting you to share your thoughts, ask questions, and process what you’ve learned. This moment of exchange reinforces your skills and your sense of community.
