Offered free to members with a gym membership, this session helps you explore each area of ​​the FIT and PERFO gyms, understand how to use the machines, and answer any technical questions you may have.

Led by a floor attendant (non-kinesiologist), this session covers how to use strength and cardio machines, free weights, rigs, and stretching areas. You'll learn how to safely adjust machines and ask any technical questions you have. While no personalized program is offered, this session lays a strong foundation for your training experience.

What is an orientation session?

A free session offered to all members with a membership granting access to the Fit and Perfo gym. Led by a trainer, it will help you understand how to use the cardiovascular and strength training machines.

Important: The trainer is not a kinesiologist. They do not offer personalized training programs, but provide technical and educational support on the equipment.

Session Content

  • Introduction to the cardio, strength, free weights, rig, and stretching areas
  • Explanation of how each machine works: settings, modes, and safety options
  • Demonstration of muscle strengthening and cardiovascular equipment
    Complete tour of all gym areas
  • Clarification of available services and the role of kinesiologists
