Led by a floor attendant (non-kinesiologist), this session covers how to use strength and cardio machines, free weights, rigs, and stretching areas. You'll learn how to safely adjust machines and ask any technical questions you have. While no personalized program is offered, this session lays a strong foundation for your training experience.
