Immerse yourself in a 90-minute Yin Yoga session, guided by Chantal Cadieux and Maria Restrepo, where slow movements and extended stretches blend seamlessly with the enveloping gestures of our massage therapists. Each pose is carefully chosen to promote complete relaxation while expert hands amplify the benefits of the moment.
Offered in the evening, this workshop is designed to soothe the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and promote deeply restorative sleep.
For an even more enveloping experience, the VIP option allows you to extend your massage time. A receipt for insurance purposes is available upon request.
